Modifying Eating Habits

This blog is dedicated to finding healthier food options whenever cravings call for pizza, hamburgers, pancakes, etc.

When I was younger, I was athletic enough that I didn't have to worry very much about the foods I ate. My weight remained fairly consistent thanks to a fast metabolism, active lifestyle, and reasonable eating habits. However, I have to be more selective about healthy foods and exercise now that I'm entering middle age. As a result, I have been eating meals that are intended to cut down on unhealthy foods... yet satisfy cravings at the same time. I don't necessarily consider this to be another diet plan. Rather, it's an approach to eating that should fit within a variety of diet plans or simply serve as a guideline for improved eating habits.
